What is Cana Strong

Marriage Workshop

Cana Strong offers married couples an opportunity to understand and celebrate their own unique God given gifts and talents and those of their spouse. Couples will grow in their understanding and appreciation of their strengths as a team and learn how to leverage those talents to create a strong and happy marriage centered on Jesus Christ.

C3 - (Couples, Christ, and Cocktails)

Small Groups: A spiritually and socially enriched “Happy Holy Hour” for married couples. Each session features a facilitated interactive Gospel Reflection, prayer as couples and time for discussion on a pastoral letter written by the parish clergy followed by cocktails and socialization for teams of 5-6 couples.

Coaching on CliftonStrengths

Coaching is available for couples on how to use your CliftonStrengths as a couple. These are one-hour sessions designed to help the couples maximize their strengths in their marriage.

Cana Strong Annual Reunion

All attendees of the Strength Based Marriage Workshops or C3 small group participants if present, are invited to an evening event featuring guest speaker and drinks/appetizers.

Marriage Renewal Retreats

½ day or evening of Prayer, Reflection, Mass, and Reconciliation, Renewal of Marriage Vows .
